In addition, Pandion staff immerse themselves in your business objectives, anticipating the impact of industry trends on purchasing and inventory management with the goal of facilitating the most appropriate, mutually beneficial and dynamic relationship between vendors and members.
Supply Chain Consulting
By expanding our consulting program, formerly known as Seagate Advantage, we created a new consulting business arm. Through these supply chain consulting services we will identify additional ways to improve your business and save you money by using our vast resources and extensive knowledge in a wide-ranging list of industries, including health care, education, hospitality and more.
We do this by providing subject matter experts who perform outside validation and detailed reviews of policies, procedures, and purchasing files to ensure best practices, expense reduction, and streamlined solutions.
In June of 2022, Pandion Optimization Alliance successfully completed the acquisition of Kansas based group purchasing organization, GroupSource Group Purchasing. GroupSource brings with them a reputation of dedicated service to their 10,000+ membership base in the Midwest, as well as, around the country that specializes in ambulatory care centers, physicians’ offices and colleges and universities.
The GroupSource team brings with them decades of industry knowledge and experience that will allow them to hit the ground running from day one. Utilizing the vast resources of Pandion and Premier will make the transition and integration smooth and seamless to allow for immediate account growth.
In July of 2021, Pandion Optimization Alliance successfully completed the acquisition of Atlanta based group purchasing organization, New Source Ambulatory. By adding New Source and their robust book of business focused on Physicians Offices, Surgical Centers and Pharmaceuticals, Pandion is now able to service more members in areas that previously were under-represented in out membership.
With Pandion's decades of experience and buying power, coupled with the 12,000+ members New Source brings with them, sets the stage for sustainable profitability and growth from the New Source membership under Pandion now and in the future.
