Upstate NY Healthcare Coalition: Provider Relief Fund formula changes

As part of the Upstate Healthcare Coalition, Pandion sent letters to members of our congressional delegation yesterday, asking them to urge HHS to reinstate the COVID-19 Provider Relief Fund reporting requirements issued on June 19.  We need Congress to influence the Administration since new requirements that HHS issued on September 19 use unrealistic and unconventional definitions that will require many hospitals to return desperately needed emergency funding.
