Congratulations to Pandion member Randy Gerlach, President and CEO of Schofield Care, for being named a future leader in long-term and post-acute care by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
As part of this honor he will join the Association’s Future Leaders program, a year-long series of events that offers training and guidance for LTPAC professionals.
Gerlach has over 30 years of experience in healthcare management and nursing home operations throughout New York State. He is the Vice Chair of the New York State Health Facilities Association and has served as President of the Western New York.
Schofield Care is in Kenmore New York and offers adult day health care, home health, short-term rehab and long-term care in Erie and Niagara counties. Schofield is a long-time member of Pandion’s group purchasing organization (GPO) and actively engaged in Pandion’s Consulting services.
