- Expand access to care and coverage by strengthening ACA
- Reduce regulatory burden
- Expand access to mental health and substance use disorder services
- Advance proper oversight of Medicare Advantage plans
- Support advancement of health information technology
- Ensure equity in liver transplant allocation
- Enhance quality and patient safety
