Premier invited chefs to submit their recipes in order to highlight the culinary talent of its members. This year's theme was Classic Entrees with a Twist.
Daryl Cronk, a member of Pandion Optimization Alliance, submitted a recipe for veggie hash with cilantro creme fraiche and frizzled carrots. The recipes competed in a blind test judged by Premier member chefs.
